For Canada, we offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Free Shipping
Any free standard shipping will be offered within Canada and the United States. This offer is automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Éclat de Brume is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Address Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@eclatdebrume.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receiving the package. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order. In the case of damaged items, please include photos for quicker resolution.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Éclat de Brume is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
